Constitution Copilot ("the App") is developed by Carlos Reyes. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information. All study data (saved passages, journal entries, reading plan progress) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
When you use the AI study feature, your queries are sent to our server to generate study responses. These queries are not stored, logged, or associated with your identity. No account or login is required.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, databases, or cloud storage for user content. If you delete the App, all local data is removed.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
